With an established beauty career spanning over 15 years, Trunzo has been recognized as a strategic leader and trendsetter. Most recently, he served as the assistant vice president of education at essie, where he led nationwide annual summits, developed a team of 30 educators around the country, and achieved over $20M in essie polish business sales growth. Trunzo will be bringing his experience in all beauty services and operations and skills in both staff training and development to both brands.

I believe I can help all professionals ‘learn, earn and live’ even better.”
At Redken and Pureology, Trunzo will be identifying innovative ideas, screening, locating, proposing and closing business deals by contacting potential partners, along with planning training strategies, maintaining existing customers, and continuing to grow both brands.
