We see no change for the future and the Coronavirus is another challenge that we will face together and in a thoughtful way. So, you are open for business and we are open to serve you. We are with you.
Consulting with Partners: We are recommending that you follow the safety advice and precautions recommended by the Department of Health and the World Health Organization. We are also sharing with you relevant updates from the City of Chicago and U.S. Travel Association.
Focus on Sanitation: Sanitation is something that we all can truly manage effectively. Please engage your teammates in implementing the following sanitation protocol:
Promote Hand Washing with Soap, Regularly and Thoroughly

Promote Wiping Down Common Surfaces with Disinfectant
Promote Covering when Sneezing and Coughing
Your Health Matters: We know that you work long hours. Please do your best to ensure that if you are not feeling well and showing symptoms noted on the CDC website, that you take the time to go see a licensed medical professional. Please do not put your health second. Put your health first as this too is something that can be effectively managed.
We will continue to update you with relevant information. Thank you for all that you do. We are here to serve you. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments.
