Minerva Beauty announces the brand's sponsorship of Worth Up Alliance, administered by Beauty Changes Lives to serve beauty entrepreneurs ready to take the next step in their career.

The brainchild of Ted Gibson and Jason Backe, Worth Up unites a coalition of change agents, dream-makers and expert advisors committed to nurturing and empowering emerging entrepreneurs through business coaching, entrepreneurship education, mentoring, networking, and start‐up capital grants.

“Having Minerva Beauty as a sponsor of Worth Up Alliance is truly a magical mix of synergy and passion,” Gibson says. “Together we will be helping future beauty entrepreneurs fulfill their dreams.”

Scholarship Help

Minerva Beauty’s $10,000 sponsorship will help Worth Up’s mission in delivering professional and financial support to turn next‐gen beauty entrepreneurs’ dreams into a reality. Through the power of community, sponsoring Worth Up Alliance supports successful hairdressers, barbers, make‐up artists, estheticians, massage therapists and nail professionals who aspire to open a salon, formulate a product line, expand their business, make the leap from behind the chair to behind the scenes as an editorial stylist, or any other notable career advancement.
