The Event: The Millennium Experience (TME) held in the picturesque Sonoran Desert at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa, September 30 – October 2, 2018, is a retreat for salon and spa professionals who spend the weekend together to learn from leading industry educators, network with other beauty professionals who share their same passion, and leave inspired to bring their newfound knowledge back to their team.

Expert Voices: Industry leaders including Millennium Founder and CEO John Harms, Sam Villa, Antony Whitaker, Jenny Strebe, Dr. Leon Alexander, John Mosley, and Mark Bustos shared their insight during main stage performances, and inside the classrooms. Salon and spa professionals, managers, owners, front desk staff, and consultants had the chance to learn about best practices to increase retail sales, build a winning team, increase client return, and how to leverage new Meevo 2 software for business success.

“There is nothing more important to me than focusing on business with like-minded people. When you come to these events the interaction you get with each other outpaces or equals the education we provide because the smartest people in the industry use our tools and it’s you guys.”-John Harms, Millenium founder CEO
