Interior designer and salon style authority Michele Pelefas is paying her success forward to benefit Beauty Changes Lives. Effective June 2019, Pelefas is donating 100% of the $250 Inside Beauty Lifetime Membership fee to Beauty Changes Lives, a non-profit that equips and empowers next generation beauty and wellness professionals.
An entrepreneur with a passion for giving back, Michele Pelafas was moved to support Beauty Changes Lives when she attended an industry gathering that recognized how the organization's scholarships are benefitting emerging professionals.
“The people who work in the beauty industry share a spirit of generosity and a collective commitment to nurturing the talent, passion and career dreams of the next generation,” said Pelafas. “As I work with spas and salons to create beautiful environments, I am moved by how the industry is making a beautiful difference in the lives of future professionals through scholarships, mentoring and a powerful sense of community.”
The Michele Pelafas “Lifetime Membership” offers a package of premium benefits and savings on interior design services and products, as well as exclusive access to online design studio services and beauty events.
Beauty Changes Lives President Lynelle Lynch said the Inside Beauty Lifetime Membership donated by Pelafas spotlights how Beauty Changes Lives is uniting different parts of the beauty industry. “The generosity of brands, salons and professionals is now supported by one of the industry’s most influential design authorities on spa and salon interiors. We are grateful and humbled by Michele’s generous donation,” said Lynch.
