Schedulicity and Marlo Beauty Supply have announced a strategic partnership together. This union will enable the beauty supply company to offer its over 50,000 salon professionals an efficient digital method to book appointments and order supplies.

With Schedulicity beauty professionals can offer scheduling 24 hours a day through its digital channels which are able to easily and effectively attract new business, increase the frequency with which their current clients book appointments, decrease cancellations and concentrate on providing the best possible service during business hours.

Schedulicity's services also integrate the appointment book with Facebook and Twitter, helping small business owners tap into the social media trend. This ability facilitates customer interaction and increases satisfaction, leading to increased customer loyalty and engagement.

“Marlo Beauty Supply is a progressive brand and we are extremely pleased to partner with them. They recognize the unrealized market opportunity that online appointment scheduling offers - the most flexible way to engage with new and loyal customers who are actively vested in their service relationship,” says Jerry Nettuno, CEO of Schedulicity. “Schedulicity and Marlo Beauty Supply seek to help salon professionals adapt to the expanding digital space and develop an online presence quickly and easily. Together we fully understand the challenges salon owners face in running a successful business and this partnership offers a way to build revenue-driving solutions for the salon professional.”

Marlo Beauty Supply is offering Schedulicity’s 24-hour online service scheduling platform to its clientele, helping them save valuable time and  increase profitability by eliminating the time consuming, inefficient and costly scheduling process associated with phone-dependent operations.

“We all know the digital age is here and today’s distributor needs to offer technical solutions to its salon professional customer base that goes beyond just supplying product,” said Ingmar Korstanje, president of Marlo Beauty Supply. “We are excited to offer our salon owners a tool that saves them time, increased their efficiency and helps them sell more of their products and services to their customers."

The Invisible Work of a Rebrand

In this rare essay, the president of a haircare brand takes us behind-the-scenes into a world we never see when we pick up a product off the shelves--the arduous, thought-probing, second-guessing journey of rebranding a legacy product line.
