To help stylists and small businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and to help support salons during these times, L'ANZA CEO & Owner David Berglass has assembled a $4.4 million-dollar recovery package that includes online education, business support, salon products, and marketing support. He believes this package will get salons ready for their comeback. “This package will help prepare L’ANZA salons to re-open stronger and better than ever,” says Berglass.

NEW Online Education – L’ANZA immediately rallied their award-winning team of Healing Artists to deliver FREE interactive color, cut, and style education through Facebook Live. These salon-ready techniques are then archived and available through IGTV via Instagram.

Business Coaching – L’ANZA Code of Business coach Steve Gomez led 3 online motivating Facebook Live sessions for free, usually contracted on an individual salon basis. A global leader in coaching and training for the professional beauty industry, Gomez offered a wealth of helpful tips and resources for business owners and stylists. L’ANZA Brand Consultant Network – This savvy and professionally trained team of Brand Consultants is the largest and most passionate in the industry.  They are available around the clock, providing both online and phone support to help L’ANZA salons and stylists customize plans to prepare for the future – no matter the salon size.

L’ANZA LoyaltyProgram – Understanding that the COVID-19 has affected everyone, L’ANZA Loyalty status will be extended for those unable to qualify for Q1 and Q2, based on your previous qualifying Level.

FOR COMMUNITIES

Giving back and supporting causes is dear to L’ANZA, and at the heart of their B.I.G. mission. L’ANZA has made a financial contribution to the Professional Beauty Association CO-VID 19 Relief Fund, donated to the Angel Food Project Food Bank feeding the homeless and those in need, and started a Get Rooted Campaign, with profits going to the World Health Organization’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund. L’ANZA will continue to donate funds through regular bi-monthly cause campaigns including the Arbor Day Foundation, Heal the Bay, and the Breast Cancer Awareness Research Foundation.
