Gerard Caruso has joined Z.One Concept North America as its Creative Director. Caruso will be working to restructure Z.One's current education curriculum, as well as help to further improve its in-field and on-stage presentation teams.

Z.One Concept says Caruso brings a fresh yet expert perspective on redefining the salon experience. Among his previous roles, Caruso has served as a Global Artistic Director for Rusk. As a current salon owner, Caruso is able to stay connected to both the stylist's and consumer's needs and wants. He will be working side by side with Z.One's Director of Education, Brian Grieve.

Created in 1999 by Ivano Panzeri in Italy, Z.One Concept's goal is to create hair care and color products that bring hair back to its natural state by going further to treat and condition it. Z.One Concept's brands include Milk_Shakeand NO INHIBITION.
