This summer Colortrak has pulled inspiration from the Spanish beach of Ibiza to create a collection that combines both fashion and utility to vital tools needed behind the chair.

The Ibiza Collection includes the all new Balayage Board and Grip-Ring, inspired by #colortrakcrew member Ricardo Jara (@ricardojarahair), croc clips, coloring bowls, and two hair coloring brushes graced with one of kind blush pink bristles.

Ibiza Collection’s ultra soft feather bristle brushes, available in a standard 2.5-inch wide brush and Colortrak’s exclusive extra large brush measuring in at a 3-inches wide, are perfect for achieving ultimate coverage and saving valuable time. In addition to the brushes you will find in this collection, you will also come across croc clips in both a standard size and a jumbo size for clients with voluminous hair, as well as coloring bowls with gripped bottoms and measurement lines within the bowl for perfecting all formulas.

The Balayage Board is an acrylic board used to apply color with both control and ease and it features an adhesive grip-ring for holding the board comfortably. The Grip-Ring can be re-positioned around the acrylic board repeatedly without losing its stick and makes using a balayage board easy and virtually mess-free.

The Ibiza Collection can be purchased as a full set in the Ibiza Travel Kit, but if you want a little more or a little less you can get your hands on these tools al la carte at participating distributors.

The Invisible Work of a Rebrand

In this rare essay, the president of a haircare brand takes us behind-the-scenes into a world we never see when we pick up a product off the shelves--the arduous, thought-probing, second-guessing journey of rebranding a legacy product line. Not only is her reflection fascinating, but it is also incredibly useful for any salon owner or manufacturer contemplating their own brand.
