As the new Vice President of Sales forECRU New York, prestigecollections of haircare and cosmetics, and Lakme USAhair color, Colleen Martorano will be leading the efforts to expand the distribution network and enhance their education and training.

Martorano has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry.  Over the course of her career she has worked various positions including stylist, educator/platform artist, salon chain operations manager, and education and sales director. Her experience and global perspective will support the company’s focus on business development.

“My first love and passion is the salon community and stylists; it is exciting to align with brands that have a rich salon heritage and have truly been developed with the salon stylist as the centerpiece, ” Martorano says.

Prior to joining ECRU New York and Lakme USA, Martorano worked with Luxury Brand Partners, Living Proof Inc., and Alterna Haircare in over 37 global  markets.
