In addition to her leadership role at Bellus Academy, Lynch serves as president of Beauty Changes Lives, a non-profit that equips and empowers next generation beauty professionals. To date, Beauty Changes Lives has awarded more than 500 scholarships to aspiring estheticians, spa professionals, hairstylists, barbers and nail professionals.
Remarking on Lynelle’s selection as the 2019 recipient, Repêchage founder Lydia Sarfati stated, “Lynelle’s leadership, energy and passion for elevating excellence in esthetics through education is inspiring stakeholders across the professional spa industry. Visiting Bellus Academy earlier this year, it is clear that she is leading a culture rooted in excellence and committed to achieving the highest standards of esthetic education.”
