Filled with energy, artistry, and cheers of celebration, the Beauty Changes Lives Experiencetook over Joe’s Live on Sunday, April 10 following America’s Beauty Show to celebrate the non‐profit’s milestone 10‐year anniversary and the 800+ lives it has impacted. Together, nearly 1,000 beauty industry icons, next‐gen talent and friends of beauty raised $100,000.00 throughout the evening that will go towards empowering and equipping the next generation of beauty professionals with valuable resources like education scholarships, mentorship opportunities, and business grants.
“Ten years ago, we knew that we had the responsibility to shape the future and help this industry be successful,” said Lynelle Lynch, Beauty Changes Lives founder and president of Bellus Academy. “Over those ten years, Beauty Changes Lives has impacted over 800 lives, helped recruit and retain talent, raised $7.5 million for much‐needed resources, and celebrated the diversity that this industry embraces. The Beauty Changes Lives Experience is the industry’s opportunity to commemorate those the organization has touched and pay it forward for upcoming beauty professionals. We look forward to celebrating even more lives changed and opportunities created throughout the next 10 years.”
