Market leaders of multi-location salons gather in Chicago for networking, education and brainstorming at the 2 to 10 Leadership Conference.







Where can you gather some of the best thought leaders among salon businesses, encourage them to share their data and best practices, and offer them a forum to discuss some of today's biggest business challenges? The 2 to 10 Leadership Conference.
Held recently in downtown Chicago, the conference attracted 175 owners, managers and other leaders from 45 multi-location salon companies, who came together for two days of inspiration, peer networking, education and strategy sessions. Participants connected with peers in a dynamic setting, learning new solutions to today's most pressing business challenges.
Member salons and spas, who all had between two and 10 (or more) locations, included a dynamic mix of salons--diverse by region, product line and business model. The average 2 to 10 member has more than $9,000,000 of sales revenue and 4.3 locations.
