Strategies, a provider of business education in the beauty industry, has announced its 2011 schedule of seminars.

Strategies has also revamped its flagship Incubator to place the emphasis on systems. Incubator’s four days will include a dose of no-compromise leadership and a major emphasis on creating balance across the Four Business Outcomes: profitability, productivity, employee retention and customer loyalty. Other topics include demystifying the company’s numeric “vital signs,” busting the myths of Team-Based Pay, and building a positive culture.

Plus, Strategies is introducing two new seminars: Incubator Grad One and Incubator Grad Two, to offer advanced business learning to graduates of Incubator.

Incubator Grad One is all about mastering the Strategies systems and reinforcing them with the right thinking, behavior and accountability of the entire team. Most importantly, it’s about driving profitability, while reigniting the owner’s passion for leading a profitable, exciting and dynamic salon/spa/medical spa. Incubator Grad One will turn a leader’s must-do list into measurable success. Incubator Grad Two is all about the leader and focusing on exploring the business owner’s growth path to achieve great rewards. Attendees will explore and define what their next level is - and how to get there.

“So many people are still being impact from the financial turmoil of the past few years. We’ve put the emphasis back on systems with our redesigned Incubator. Once your systems are in place and consistently followed, business success is almost guaranteed,” said Neil Ducoff, founder/CEO of Strategies. “I’m so excited about the revamped Incubator-I know this seminar is going to change lives.

“We listened to our customers and have put those two courses in a convenient four-day format. I look forward to seeing the results salon, spa and medical spa owners achieve after going through the Incubator,” he continued. “I hope to see many of our Incubator graduates return for Incubator Grad One and Grad Two. These classes will build on the systems that work, while placing the spotlight on leadership.”

Two classes that debuted in 2010 are also on the schedule: Strategies Recharge! and the Game-Planning Retreat.

“These two seminars were unqualified hits in their debut year,” said Ducoff. “This year we want to literally hit a home run with Recharge! It’s being held at La Grave Field in Fort Worth, Texas. We’ll be utilizing every aspect of the baseball experience, including sessions on the field and in the dugouts. Certified Strategies Coaches Chris Murphy and Leslie Rice Winterrowd are working hard to make sure that every attendee gets out-of-the park value from the sessions. We encourage all salon, spa and medical spa owners to bring their teams to reignite their passion in their businesses to achieve unprecedented results.”
