To stay connected to clients in an ever-increasing mobile world, Utopia’s Lisa Houser launched an app that lets guests schedule their appointments, view their history, win prizes, order gift cards and upload selfies. “Guests can order their favorite products to pick up at their convenience and this has been a huge success,” Houser says.
