Mango’s major marketing thrust for 2016 was updating its website to make it more interactive and mobile-friendly. A unique “Find Your Designer” engagement tool, which matches guests to designers based on location, style and price range, has become the most-visited page on the site. “It keeps guests on the site an average of 10 minutes, which is 7 minutes more than our top competitor in Richmond and more than the industry average,” say the Heaneys. “Once matched with a designer, a visitor lands on the stylist’s bio page which as their individual Instagram feed and a ‘Book Now’ call to action.”
