Intoto
Minneapolis, Minnesota
Owner: David Wagner

When Juut Salonspas decided to open the new artist salon Intoto, which is aimed at a younger demographic, they knew they needed to attract several new stylists to fill the space. “Our team was prepped to visit area schools, career fairs and networking events, but we needed a killer leave-behind piece that would let potential new hires know who we are, our core values and the benefits they’ll receive working within the Juut family,” David Wagner says.

The resulting piece highlights the team in action, talks about its culture and share some HR stats of which they are proud. “It’s been a huge hit with beauty school students and young artists, and our staff and books are full,” Wagner reports.
