With big corporate residents like Microsoft, Starbucks and Amazon, Seattle is a booming market that constantly grows. The Gene Juarez marketing team knew that meant people are constantly moving to the area, providing a steady pool of potential new clients. The team produced 2,200 client welcome kits at the cost of $2,390, and sent them to high-end apartment buildings, new housing complexes and businesses in close proximity to their 10 location.

Wanting to come off approachable, likeable, friendly, and trendy, the welcome letter starts with a clean white envelope with an eye-catching “Hi!” inside a brochure, a signed message from CEO Scott Missad gives recipients a bit of salon history as well as an offer for a discounted service or product purchase at a location near them.
