At a recent weekly huddle, Brown-Issel and her marketing director, Tiffany Kailimai, came up with an idea that helped their team members realize their unique gifts and share them with the salon’s guests. Each stylist had a picture taken with a placard announcing their gift, and the pictures were shared on the salon’s social media pages, as well as through each team member’s page.

“During the campaign, our average post reach was 1,000 people, more than twice our average reach,” says Brown-Issel. “Our overall goal of reaching clients and increasing our social media presence was well received, and we all had fun participating.”
