As Dream State Salon attempts to reinvent the salon model within the professional beauty industry, its website serves as a candid and fascinating window into the salon’s unique operations. To create the sleek site with imaginative images, creative typesetting and minimal layout, the Wrights contracted Imaginal Marketing and gave them a $7,500 budget.

“Our website copy is far more poetic and expressive than the average business site, using lyrics from the song ‘Dream,’” says Adam Wright. “The site was designed to give new and existing guests the opportunity to get to know who we are and what we do, but also to recruit valuable team members who fit our culture, mission and vision.” The site does that in part through a series of videos that talk about the supportive team structure, the collaborative work environment and the atmosphere of trust and cooperation.
