What is the book about?
Smile and Move
is a great reminder to work hard, but have fun doing
it. It is an easy read, and written to entertain you visually, as well as
feed your brain with small reminders to serve one another.
What did you like about the book?
What I really liked were the little reminders about the things in
life that we start to take for granted. Smile and Move is a wakeup
call to refocus and create new challenges in our lives-to
complain less and smile more. The book is so small you can
almost put it in your pocket and carry it around. It is one of those
books you can reread whenever you need a pick-me-up.
What was the biggest takeaway message for you?
Smile and Move presents a message to stay humble and enjoy
your work. If you visit the book's website, smileandmove.com,
there is a great three-minute video that totally explains the book.
I watch it regularly.
What idea did you implement into your personal or
business life?
The book gave me a great idea for our business. At one of our
locations, the hosts answer the phone with, "How can I make you
smile?" We started this a month ago, and our clients love it. We
are going to implement it at our second location this month.
Why would you recommend the book to other
professionals/clients?
I feel that any professional can take much information from this
book to use in any business environment. It's a book of consistent
reminders.

is where wonderful starts." -Sam Parker
