Description to clients: The Peptide Eye Treatment is a perfect rejuvenating service on its own or an upgrade to any other spa service. First, the esthetician will gently remove any eye makeup. Then, the Luksus Repair Serum will be applied around the eye area to decrease dark circles, puffiness and fine lines. A layer of the Collagen Regenerating Cream will help reduce the appearance of age by plumping your skin to fill in fine lines. The service is finished with an application of Eyelash Conditioner enhances the natural lash length, and you get to take home the Eyelash Conditioner.
How it is marketed: Through the consultation service, through email promotions and in-spa signage. “The promotion works well because clients are intrigued by the lash conditioner but need a little education on how it works and how to apply it,” says Chu. “They love the idea of the quick complimentary service, plus it’s the perfect introduction to the line, and frequently they’ll come back with a heightened interest in learning about more of the line’s products.”
