Milano Software has announced that they will be presenting business education at Allied Beauty Association (ABA) and Professional Beauty Association (PBA) Shows across North America under their "Milano Exchange" division.

The Milano Exchange is a dynamic combination of business education and in-depth software training. Last year the Milano Exchange crisscrossed North America visiting four cities. This year the Milano Exchange will be at ABA shows in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Moncton and at the PBA show in Chicago. The Milano Exchange will also be held in Las Vegas in February 2012.

"This is a tremendous opportunity for us," notes Paul Pagliaro, President and CEO, Milano Computer Systems Inc. "We've been running Milano Exchange events for 20 years. Partnering with the ABA and PBA will improve our opportunity to deliver business education to more spas and salons across North America."

This year the Milano Exchange will be offering a series called "More. More. More!" Business concepts will cover client acquisition, loyalty and retention, increasing retail sales, team leadership, motivation and productivity. Real examples of how other spas and salons are leveraging social media and e-communication to succeed in these areas will be provided. Guest speakers will include Lauren Gartland founder of Inspiring Champions. The Milano Exchange guarantees to be "Informative. Relevant. Inspirational."
