On June 6, Dawn’s Pizzazz hosted The Heart of Beauty, an event to benefit the Healing Hearts Center for Grieving Children & Families.

Dawn's Pizzazz Artistic Group & Day Spa, Greater Danbury, Conn.'s full-service, award-winning salon and day spa, celebrated its 25th Anniversary this year. In the salon and spa's 25 years, they have been recognized with a Global Salon Business Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence in Client Philosophy and with six Salon Today 200 awards, most recently in January 2011 for their Philanthropic efforts.

On June 6, Dawn's Pizzazz hosted The Heart of Beauty, an event to benefit the Healing Hearts Center for Grieving Children & Families. The Center is a safe place provided by Regional Hospice of Western Connecticut where children and families receive support while working through the grief process. Healing Hearts supported 1,169 grieving children, teens and adults last year alone and all of their programs are offered free of charge.

Every attendee received a goody bag full of wonderful products and all ticket and sponsorship proceeds donated to Regional Hospice and Healing Hearts.
