Michael Angelo Hair Studio has been selected to host a special two-day series of professional Passion Stylebooks Hair color & Men’s photography competition sessions on Sunday & Monday, March 20 & 21. Numerous hair designers and make-up artists will create fashion forward hair cuts, hair color and hair design artistry on almost 100 local and out-of-state models.

This special event will be co-hosted at The Salon Professional Academy of Tampa located at 4802 Gunn Highway, Suite 144, Tampa, FL 33624. It will be sponsored by the publishers of Passion International Stylebooks based in California as one of the premier hair stylebooks in the professional salon industry.

“The Passion International Stylebooks are distributed to virtually every salon and day spa globally, reaching over 40 countries. Many of our salon clients are eager to compete for a spot as a model in the upcoming new 2011 Hair color and Men’s Passion Stylebook editions," says Michael Angelo Rizzi, Michael Angelo Hair Studio owner. "We are very proud of this important international media honor.”

Hair models needed: Many local male and female models will receive complimentary image makeovers that will include a new hair cut, hair color and hair design. Aspiring models who are interested in taking part in this photography competition are invited to contact Michael Angelo Hair Studio for a Passion Model Application. To receive these free services and to be considered, models must be willing to allow the hair designers to create a new hair cut, hair color or highlight and hair design image for them.

After all of the new hair styles have been completed, professional make-up and wardrobe artistry will be engaged to further accent each model’s new look before they are photographed by nationally renowned photographer, Tom Carson.

This Passion International photography competition session will be one of six series held across the USA for new stylebooks that will be published in 2011 and 2012.

Hair Designers & Salon Teams are invited: All top area salons are invited to participate. During this professional photography session, talented hair stylists and hair colorists will demonstrate their creative skills by creating beautiful new hair design artistry for an array of models.
