When the kids go back to school in the Fall and the seasons begin to change, we might consider a reset for our adult selves as well. Have you ever had an energy reset?
We can do this by ourselves or by working with energy healers. Think of it like shutting off your computer and allowing it to rest and then restarting it.
Our energetic body is closely connected to our physical and mental state and many, including me, believe that you can improve and clear that energy to live a more dynamic life with ease and grace.
Clearing your energy can be a helpful practice to release negative emotions and promote a sense of well-being.
Here are a few energy healing practices I use and you might consider to clear your energy:
Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan. It is based on the idea that a practitioner can channel energy, “chi” into a patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Reiki is often used for relaxation, stress reduction, and promoting overall health and well-being. There are no studies that have conclusively shown specific healing connections, however recipients tout deeper relaxation, stress relief and well-being can be improved.

Chakras are believed to be energy centers or points in the subtle body. There are seven main chakras that are believed to be aligned along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head and chakra is associated with specific qualities and aspects of human experience, such as emotions, physical body functions, and spiritual growth.
When these chakras are open and balanced, energy can flow freely through the body, promoting health and well-being. When these charkas are blocked you can experience low energy, and potentially injury or illness. For example, someone with a blocked root chakra might experience challenges with balance and stability and twist an ankle or fall while riding a bike.
Chakra clearing is a practice that involves working to balance, cleanse, and align the chakras in order to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This practice is often done through various techniques such as meditation, visualization, energy healing, yoga, and other holistic approaches.
By clearing the chakras, it is believed that any blockages or imbalances in the energy centers can be removed, allowing for the free flow of energy throughout the body. This can help to restore harmony and promote overall health and vitality.
Chakra clearing is a common practice in many spiritual traditions, particularly in Hinduism, Buddhism, and various forms of alternative medicine and holistic healing.
