WHY WE’RE DIFFERENT: We have eight Certified Crystal Focus Trainers who are available to customize and deliver an interactive, powerful program that will leave each person on the salon team with a commitment to action! All salon programs are carefully customized to fit the unique needs of the team and the sales initiatives of the salon. Salons that have Redken Club 5th Avenue Points can redeem their points for all our services and products!

HOW WE WORK: 1. We start with a complimentary one-hour coaching call to discuss the salon owners’ needs, evaluate current sales benchmarks/potential, and begin to co-create a class event. 2. On-site, choose from team event workshops, including: First Impression Workshop, Salon XLR8 Secret Shopper Program, Front Desk Profit Power, and Team Synergy in Action!
3. Follow up One Hour Coaching Call four weeks following the salon event. 4. Utilize our team training videos as reinforcement of scripts and systems after a salon workshop and to provide consistent training of all new salon team members.

CATCH US AT: The best way to find us is at cystalfocus.com. You’ll also see us at distributor shows and national industry shows in 2014.

SMART TALK: Make sure training of your front desk includes sales initiatives along with customer care. Your salon could potentially make $2,000 in additional revenue each month through each front desk team member. For a free analysis of your salon’s front desk revenue potential, email coachkristi@crystalfocus.com for a 60-minute call—a $200 value.
