Cost

Virtual Spa and Salon is subscription based starting at $225/month with a flat fee and no additional cost per user. It includes an online server, 24/7 support for Virtual Spa and Salon and the Server including daily back up. There is a nominal set up fee and security deposit.

Training

Two hour increments over the internet. No need for on-site training. Enterprise environments with more than one location will be quoted.

Tech support

Regular support, 24/7 emergency support, and upgrades are included in the monthly subscription fees. User's guides are available for download. Online support available through e-mail and direct connect to customer support representatives. Dial the support extension and you are talking to a live person. All support is tracked by case # in a customer support database and not closed until there is resolution.
