Booking platform GlossGenius revealed data that reflects 2023’s top 20 metropolitan areas for price per appointment.
The nation’s highest price per appointment goes to the Allentown, Pennsylvania metropolitan area, with average receipts of $152.91 for beauty and wellness services. Surprisingly, some major hubs well-known for high prices (and an obsession with beauty) are lower on the list — Los Angeles clocks in at #8, while New York City is #14.
