Having a little fun with the Superbowl, Salon Art-Tiff took a picture of Burkholder and Cindy, the salon’s coordinator, photo-shopped team helmets on them and asked clients if they were for Team Sue and the Panthers or Team Cindy and the Broncos. Clients who commented were entered into a raffle for a product gift basket worth $100. “The post reached more than 4,200 people, and the next day we chose a winner from those who picked the winning team,” Burkholder says.
“These contests always bring new faces through our door and we make sure to give them a tour and a salon menu.”
