Novvo, of Toronto, ON, Canada and Etopa based in Baton Rouge, LA, U.S.A have officially merged after years of collaboration and teamwork. Known from this point on as Novvo Etopa, the company will be based out of both Canada and the United States, allowing for elevated support of all North American customers. Novvo Etopa is a salon and spa fixture, equipment and design firm that supplies its customers with everything that they need for new salon/spa development, existing salon/spa redesigns, as well as seasonal and newly released product displays; all expertly designed and crafted to enhance any space. In addition to the standard environmentally friendly in-stock items carried, Novvo Etopa specializes in designing and manufacturing custom designs to fit the individual dreams and personality of all salon spa owners.
George Civello, President of Novvo Etopa, sees this merger as a new beginning. Already President of Canada’s Novvo, Civello saw an opportunity after years of friendly collaboration with Etopa; a comparable and established division of Neill Corporation that was providing very similar services for American salons and spas based out of Hammond, LA. For Civello, a merger made sense to harmonize the efficiencies and resources of both companies. Over the past year, both the Novvo and Etopa teams have been collaborating and improving entities operationally and, after all of the hard work, are excited to be officially united under one name.
Novvo Etopa consultants, designers and customer support are located in both Canada and the U.S. “As a result of this merger, both our Canadian and American customers will notice a decrease in prices, production time and delivery. We now have more resources and we have increased the number of design consultants and staff members. This is all in an effort to significantly improve the quality of our work and innovation and to better serve our customers’ needs,” says Civello. “We aim to be a partner in helping the beauty industry evolve by creating new, exciting designs which maximize space efficiency, making for a more profitable and sustainable business model for the current and future beauty professional owner”.
