“We’re in a beach environment, so we wanted our look to be warm, modern, yet lived-in. I did a lot of research before construction and learned that most color fumes stay invisible on the ground, so we installed a filtration and exhaust system near the floor. Our lighting mimics natural sunlight, so clients see exactly what it will look like when they walk out the door.”
