“Our overall goal was to pay as much attention to the retail space as we did to the salon space in terms of design, functionality and flow. The blended retail shelving allows us to highlight product in a captivating way, while the removal of the front desk encourages an engaging community feel that invites the guest to shop with us. We created experience zones that allow guests to flow intentionally through the space. Framed, back-lit mirrors create a beautiful view for our guests, and a relaxing color processing zone encourages a moment of peace. Our newly expanded shampoo area brings a luxurious spa feel to our services. Our large color bar highlights our color inventory the same way we would for the retail space, encouraging collaboration that focuses on functionality.”
