“In the retail area, our goal was to create a high-end luxury experience that would draw in new guests with its visibility and elegant design. The service floor was designated into two main areas strategically designed to feel separated yet connected at the same time. We chose large oval styling stations because of their modern, sleek design that ensures the guests feel connected to their service providers due to the uninterrupted full-length mirror. For our color department, we commissioned a custom-built 24-foot interactive color lab complete with a 20-foot color table. We wanted the treatment room to feel like a luxurious spa-like experience, so we commissioned a one-of-a-kind, 9-foot Kerastase Fusion display centered in the shampoo cabinetry.”
