“Our previous salon was destroyed by Hurricane Laura, and three major weather disasters occurred during our building process. This salon is an open concept—we want clients to feel a sense of community and have a place of respite to get away from the chaos of the world. We have a small break area, so that keeps employees out on the salon floor which has enhanced productivity and lessened drama.”
