“Our retail lounge is a shopping experience. Guests are greeted in the lobby by concierge equipped with iPads. Instead of a traditional front desk, we have a custom retail island that has hidden drawers for retail bags, a cash drawer, product samples and new guest bags. Another favorite feature is our 19-foot color bar.”
