“Our simple front-desk podiums blend seamlessly with our open retail areas, while encouraging a connection between our guests and front-desk staff. Exposed beams give a farmhouse-like quality to the space and chic white stations preserve an urban vibe. On the way to the loft, a private shampoo room allows guests to relax during conditioning treatments and scalp massages. With our renovation, we went from having 19 to 29 stations in the same square footage—this has significantly increased our productivity.”
