James Morrison Coaching teaches salon and spa owners how to work on their businesses instead of in them. I’ve been helping them reignite the passion that they had when they first started their business.

WHY WE’RE DIFFERENT: I’ve spent 30 years behind the chair, twenty of those being an owner, running a salon and understanding the challenges that face an entrepreneur. Travelling over the years, I have met thousands of hairdressers and salon owners who would often ask me for advice. In my experience, I find that we sometimes can’t see the forest through the trees. It takes someone from the outside looking in to point out the little changes that can make a big difference.

HOW WE WORK: You can purchase coaching sessions on my website, jamesmorrisoncoaching.com and get started immediately. Via phone consultations, you set the agenda, and I will help you identify your strategy, action plan and tactics to achieve your goals. As the saying goes, “it’s lonely at the top,” and quite often we feel isolated and alone in running a business. What I create is a space where you can share honestly and openly about their immediate challenges without fear of judgment.

CATCH US AT: Shows and seminars that are scheduled across the nation. Please visit jamesmorrisoncoaching.com for more information.
