WHY WE’RE DIFFERENT: Our programs are all uniquely customized according to the salon’s exact needs. We also have developed ‘after-care’ programs, such as training videos, training audios, and customized phone coaching when needed.
HOW WE WORK: All private insalon events are scheduled after a complimentary pre-event customization call with the salon owner. We also tour nationally and internationally at shows or multi-salon workshops. The Front Desk Doctor Workshop is offered in a 1- or 2-day venue throughout the U.S. and Canada. You also will fi nd Coach Kristi with Peter Mahoney performing a 2-day event called Mission Possible, or see her with Glenn Baker at several Redken Insider Event venues throughout the year.
CATCH US AT: For an up-to-date calendar of ‘where in the world is Kristi Valenzuela,’ go to crystalfocus.com—visit often for new listings! A few of our 2012 public venues include Mission Possible in Colorado on March 11-12 or in Nebraska on Nov. 4-5. See our seminars at the Myrtle Beach Show on May 20; Redken Symposium/Canada on May 28-29 in Montreal; and the Mid-Atlantic Show on Sept. 23-24 in Richmond, VA. The Front Desk Doctor Workshops: In Altoona, IL, on Oct. 15 or in Lincolnshire, IL on Oct. 22.
OUR ADVICE: Create an action plan after every event or program that includes your tasks to accomplish in 1 week, 30 days, 60 days, and long term. Remember to take it one step at a time!
PROFIT TIP: Develop written systems and strategies for client handling. Include upgraded scripts for greeting and offering product and service promotions, as well as a written strategy for closing the appointment. Remember, a system is not a choice! It needs to be trained to, coached to, and if not followed, fi red to!
