At Data-Driven Salon Summit 2018, attendees learned how data can guide important management decisions, reflect the health of their business and motivate their team members. In an exclusive video with SALON TODAY, Phorest Salon Software's Ronan Perceval revealed that Phorest tracks data which can predict when a client is more likely to be getting ready to leave your salon, allowing you to quickly make changes to retain her business.
