The 2015 Conference will include a full day training, keynote speaker and TED style discussions all on topics relevant to the daily life of today’s beauty distributors. The goal of the DEC is to provide learning and growth opportunities for all distributors from emerging, to mid-sized and large to ensure perspectives of all attendees are provided the necessary tools for success.

Following the tremendous success of the event in 2014, theProfessional Beauty Association (PBA) is pleased to once again bring together distributors from across the country for the 2015 PBA Distributor Executive Conference (DEC). Taking place April 8 – 9, 2015, in Hammond, Louisiana, the fourth annual conference will provide optimal education and networking opportunities for emerging, mid-sized and large companies alike.
This year’s conference, hosted by Neill Corporation – TSP, will tackle the most current industry issues and trends, including sales manager training, planning for future growth and maintaining control of distribution in uncertain times. This year’s guest speaker is author and business consultant Dirk Beveridge. Beveridge’s high-energy engagement and impressive career span pushing innovation in the distribution industry makes him a great addition to this exciting event.

Panel Discussion: “Taking the Next Step” featuring PBA’s Distributor Experts—Continuing from the morning keynote address on “Distribution in Disruptive Times,” the DEC panel will focus on the ideas and perspectives that can be used to move your distributorship through the disruptive times onto success. The panel will consist of “forward thinkers” from distribution, salons, marketers and those outside of the industry that have shown how we all have to think differently to compete in the professional beauty industry in 2015 and beyond.
