With more and more people depending on mobile devices in their personal and professional lives, we asked the pros how smart phones and tablets are shaping either salon/spa management or the client experience.
“Mobile devices enhance the client experience by enabling salon professionals to review the client’s service and retail history and their preferences so that the stylist or esthetician can provide the client with the perfect consultation while in the comfort of the chair. Salon and spa staff can also educate clients on products or services, book their next appointment and cash them out, again in the comfort of the chair.”
