Maly, an industry veteran, brings a winning track record and a wealth of experience to the appointment.
Maly grew up working in the family business, Maly's distribution in the Midwest, Maly took a small Los Angeles distributorship from $2MM to $200MM in sales. In 2007, L'Oreal acquired Maly’s Los Angeles distributorship to begin building its own distribution network, which today is known as SalonCentric.
Today, Maly concentrates on professional cosmetics company, Mirabella, as well as several companies acquired with his own Private Equity group called The People Fund. Maly also owns two restaurants and a brewery called Wolf Creek.
