Ron Hock has more than 35 years of distribution background and excels in improving daily operations with his experience in negotiations and implementations in company acquisitions. His career in Fortune 500 companies as well as privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses has included a wide range of operational and financial duties. He is currently chief financial officer for Macadamia Natural Oil.

Mike Seiser has held management positions in materials and production, manufacturing and strategic and policy management. He is certified in production and inventory management and served as chief operations officer for Maly’s, a full service distributor in the professional salon industry. As vice president operations for L’Oreal, he helped structure the SalonCentric distribution division. He currently is chief operations officer for Macadamia Natural Oil.

Lisa Kelly has spent her career in the beauty industry with experience in global innovation, strategy and brand development and management. She has worked with a number of major professional salon brands, leading the launch of several popular product lines. Kelly is currently Macadamia Natural Oil’s vice president of marketing.

Don Stewart brings more than 25 years of distribution and manufacturing experience to Macadamia with a background in sales and regional sales management. He specializes in finding ways to use education as a tool for distributors. He joined Macadamia Natural Oil as senior vice president of sales.
