Mario Argenti has been a key executive in the professional and consumer beauty industry for over three decades and has led several international companies to great success. Most recently, he was President/CEO of KPSS, Inc. Previously, Argenti was Managing Director of Estee Lauder Companies, responsible for their Australian affiliate and also served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for Wella Corporation, USA, overseeing all aspects of the Unites States, Puerto Rico and Canadian operations.

He has been actively involved in his community and has served on various industry committees, associations and boards throughout his career.
