North American Beauty Events (NABE), the producer of Cosmoprof North America (CPNA), is a joint venture between BolognaFiere Group, a leading Italian-based organizer of international trade shows such as Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, and the Professional Beauty Association, North America’s largest and most influential trade associations representing all sectors of the professional beauty industry.
Heffner has been Chief Executive Officer of Drybar since December 2013. He has extensive experience in the professional industry and with consumer product brands. He most recently held the position of president of OPI and, prior to that, president and CEO of CND.

Aside from Heffner, NABE’s current board members are: OPI Founder George Schaeffer and Bruce Selan, VP at Zotos International.
