With more and more people depending on mobile devices in their personal and professional lives, we asked the pros how smart phones and tablets are shaping either salon/spa management or the client experience.


“Smart phones are the preferred communication device for the end client and a great device for online booking. Tablets, however, aid the salon by allowing access to data on the go, looking up or editing formulas, checking in clients and even offering to rebook the client while they are still in the chair.”
