When it comes to SALON TODAY's salon business recognition programs, STAMP, or SALON TODAY's Annual Marketing Program is by far the easiest and most fun to enter. In fact, we liken to those Show and Tell sessions we all had back in elementary school.
If you salon or spa did anything clever, creative, innovative, eye-catching, or successful in the form of marketing over the past year, gather up the materials and DOWNLOAD OUR APPLICATION. We've created categories for almost everything, from your ads to brochures to services menus to your digital marketing, such as websites, blogs, e-letters and social media posts, to your creative campaigns.
All you have to do is submit the marketing piece in a format that allows our judges to experience it as close to the way your intended audience experienced it. For example, if it's a service menu, then drop the service menu in with your application. If it's a television commerical, send us a video on a disc. If its a website, simply give us the link.
Then fill out the application, including a very, very short essay that tells us how you created the marketing piece, how you used it and what were the results of the program. That's it! For most of last year's applicants, that amounted to a paragraph.
The biggest benefit from sharing your great marketing idea with other salon owners is that you'll be able to harvest a number of their great ideas when showcase the winning entries this September! Call it marketing karma.
