Earlier in her career. Opatz owned and operated her own skin care and makeup business in Scottsdale, and was a Dermalogica stockist. “I am so impressed with the current innovations in the Dermalogica brand,” she comments, “and I am very excited to re-join the professional skin care industry’s most influential ‘tribe’.”
And on her new position in the sun-belt desert states, Opatz says, “This is a high-growth region where age-smart and weather-wise skin care present huge opportunities for our industry. Our gorgeous mountains attract skiers, our sunny climate attracts retirees, and Las Vegas draws a global crowd which requires skin rejuvenation for an array of lifestyle reasons.”
