Thousands of salon industry professionals, friends and family are here in London to support the finalists in the Goldwell's Color Zoom Challenge. I am a judge and I must admit, the competition is fierce. There are SO MANY great entries, both in the photographic area and live competition, that I find this a bit staggering.
It was great to see so many supporters from the United States. Derrick Zeno, the People's Choice finalist, was standing along the ropes watching Partner finalist Daniel Rubin and I just had to check in with him. Here is that interview, and a little overview shot to give you a taste of what this is like for the finalists who have just three hours to cut, color, style, make up and dress their models.
